Sunday, November 16, 2008 - LEBANON — Police say a juvenile affiliated with a gang who escaped from state custody remains missing and is considered dangerous. A Tennessee Department of Children's Services guard was transporting 17-year-old Rashad Rhodes when the guard stopped at an eatery on Nov. 4, according to a report on WTVF-Channel 5.
