Kurita ballot battle in federal court today (10/10/2008)

Voters in Montgomery, Cheatham and Houston counties should get an answer next week from a federal judge about who will be on the ballot as the Democratic nominee in the disputed state senate contest between incumbent Rosalind Kurita and challenger Tim Barnes.
