A Tennessee Department of Children's Services guard was transporting 17-year-old Rashad Rhodes when the guard stopped at an eatery on Nov. 4, according to a report on WTVF-Channel 5.
After Rashad asked to use the restroom, a white car pulled up to the business and Rashad, who was in shackles, jumped into the car and escaped.
